It's pasta day!

MAC & CHEESE - saute the chicken
MAC & CHEESE - add in milk
MAC & CHEESE - add in shredded cheese
MAC & CHEESE - add in black pepper, salt, oregano & parmesan
MAC & CHEESE - pour in the macaroni
MAC & CHEESE - wallaa... it's ready
FETTUCINI - saute garlic, then shrimp
FETTUCINI - Pour the flour , let it cook.
FETTUCINI - add in milk
FETTUCINI - sprinkle parmesan on top
SInce my children loves macaroni & cheese, I cooked for them yesterday, and of course for mama who are fasting! They are really influenced from BARNEY! For abah, I cooked creamy fettucini carbonara with shrimp since shrimp is his favourite! My friend at Nagasaki said, our family is lidah orang putih since we love to eat cheese and it's ok if we don't eat rice for the whole day.. I think pasta is easy to make, the mac & cheese recipe I've got from my sis, she also loves pasta. I always look for the simplest recipe! The fettucini carbonara, I've got the recipe from my cookbook..



200gm macaroni - boiled with a little salt & oil, toss
1 tablespoon butter
chicken - cut into cube shape
mushroom soup 1/2 cup - u can use in the can or the powder
1 cup milk
Cheddar cheese - 3 slices ( shredded)
black pepper, salt, oregano & parmesan cheese

Method :

1. Melt the butter in the non stick pan.
2. Saute the chicken.
3. Add in mushroom soup, let it cook.
4. Add in milk, before it boil, pour in shredded cheese.
5. After the cheese mixed with the milk, add black pepper, salt, oregano and parmesan cheese.
6. Pour the macaroni and mix well, off from the heat.


Ingredients :

3 rolls fettucini- for 1 person, maybe 100gm-200gm
broccoli -as u wish

Shrimp - 5 pieces
3 tablespoon butter
1 garlic
1 teaspoon wheat flour
1 cup milk
black pepper, oregano, salt, parmesan cheese

Method :

1. Boil fettucini and broccoli together in 1 pot with a little salt and oil - then, toss
2. Melt butter in the non stick saucepan, saute garlic until fragrant.
3. Add in shrimp untill cook.
4. After the shrimp cook, take out the garlic and shrimp and put in another bowl.
5. With the remaining butter that cooked shrimp, pour in the flour, let it cook.
6. Add in milk, mix well.
7. Add in black pepper, salt, oregano and parmesan cheese.
8. Pour in the fettucini and broccoli, mix well.
9. Add in the cooked shrimp and mix well, off from the heat.
10. when serving the fettucini in a bowl, sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top.
